vcc question? please help..
 

i just purchased a vcc from newtools, i received it in my pm box, but it came with no directions. i never used one of these before, and his pm box is full, it wont let me leave him a message.has anyone purchased one from him? can someone walk me through this do i need to add money to the vcc? how do i add ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address? to lift my paypal limit. he said this card is only good for 24hrs. any help is appreciated..

Just use the info he gave you for the VCC and put it into paypal. Use the name/address that you use for your paypal account.

thanks philly, one more thing, do i need to add money to the vcc? my paypal say it will charge the card $1.95 to make sure the card is mine. then it will refund me back to the paypal. do i need to add the money to the card or does it have it have it in there already? thanks

No. They come loaded with the amount needed. You just use it like a credit card. And ANY name and address can be used.

I have bought several from Newtools and have never ONCE had a problem.

But they DO expire in 24 hours. So use it quickly.

Yes that 24 hour deal is very tight.

i am using it to lift the 500.00 limit on my paypal account. i have to do two of the three requirements. i added a bank account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, now i added the vcc for the second requirement. after adding this card yesterday. it said i need to verify the 4 digit code. in my vcc account. how do i do this? newtools dident give me any login info for the vcc account, he just gave me the card numbers and expiration date. how do i verify the 4 digit code to get limits lifted.

Ask them to send you this 4digit code. When you get code, just put in Paypal and you lift your limit...

Just plug the card numbers in with any name, address and infos at the time you use it. thats it! if my PM is full usually wait and i will empty it. i'm all about making sure my buddys get back to selling! So no worries. any questions just sure to ask me or any of the regulars

can vcc can solve unverified us paypal problems??? if it can then i want to get a vcc 4 me.

One question, If I purchase your VCC, can I put any expire date for it ? or the expire date need to be specified by you ?
