will this work for opening a new paypal account ?

My girlfriend has one for her daughter and just noticed you can use it as a bank account with paypal to make deposits

if so would it also work for ebay ?
since they ask you to enter a credit card and bank account info

just wondering I see them at my local check cashing place on the corner all the time for purchase

This is the same as the allaccess card.
You have to use your real info (name, address, SS#) to get the card so it will work for a Paypal bank account but will NOT work as a credit card for ebay fees or paypal (unless your real info has never been used for eb and pp) So its safe to add it as a bank account to Paypal.

you can add it as bank account but paypal will not send you the 2 micro deposits for verification. i tried it many times.
you can also added it as credit card if it has the visa logo with it.

I haven't used this card before so im not sure about the small deposits, but if your looking to go this route I used a readydebit reloadable card, same thing with better fees, and they made the deposits and works fine as a bank account on paypal.

yeah if you try to use it a message will come up like "paypal sees that you are trying to use a bank account that is not allowed within our service. if you would still like to use this account please fax us......"

basically they want all the stuff before you can even use the account.

Damn that was fast. Only a couple days after being announced here, paypal blocked it.

nah its been blocked for awhile. I used to use them and its not that difficult to block i mean all they really have to do is blacklist the routing number.
