Can called twice from PayPal regarding increasing dispute number.

For these 2 weeks, I got call from PayPal twice about the increasing dispute number on my account. If the dispute number keeps going up, what will happen?

Short answer is your account will be terminated.

You can go stealth, but if you do not take steps to correct the problem, the new accounts will just get shut down as well.

You didn't say what the disputes were... And it really does not make a difference. Whatever the issue, you need to correct it, and ASAP! If several of your customers have a problem with you and your dispute rate is high, that is YOUR issue, NOT eBay's.

Some common problems for sellers...

1) Selling shoddy items
2) Overstating the condition of the item
3) Slow shipping
4) Counterfeit merchandise

Any of these is enough to shut down your account. If the complaints are about shipping, then ship daily. If they are about shoddy items, find another supplier with GOOD items. If your items are in VERY GOOD condition, then don't try to get away with listing them as "Like New". And if you are selling counterfeits, STOP IMMEDIATELY!

my dispute rate is not high. Compare to hundreds of transaction, it takes only 1%. But the long shipping time is the reason that leads to disputes.
