paypal not accepting canadian mastercard gift cards anymore???

I just tried to add a mastercard gift card like i always do and it wont work, I tried multiple cards!!
In canada you need a creditcard on your paypal account to get a seller account on ebay..

Any ideas?

Also i have the same problem on ebid all of a sudden!

Do they verify address's in Canada and/or the UK? Do they need to be used within 24 hours? What payments do you accept? How much for 1 Canadian and 1 UK card?

I always make sure there is money on the cards, and since they are purchased at shoppers and not a bank you can only go online and add your postal code information... no name or address.
