New user needs help with paypal limited
 

Hi Everyone,

As you can see, I'm new to the forums and have spent hours fiddling through all the great posts at this site. This is my dilemma; I have a completely legitimate eBay business and somehow our paypal account was "limited" , it seems as though paypal wants to run a credit check but the process is so long drawn out that our entire business was destroyed by the delays. I have an alternative paypal account from years back that I used to filter funds through the main paypal account since there was some problems with the withdrawal limit on the main account. I was wondering if it would be safe for us to add my old paypal account to our eBay account to start receiving payments and perhaps salvage some of our business. Is this safe or would paypal link our ip address to the main account that was limited and limit my old account. If the old account is limited I will have problems providing some of the information they ask of you, It was an account I made with my ex so getting her social/id/proof of address might cause more trouble then it's worth. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get our business back on its feet, I would be so grateful to them. Thanks in advance for any input that people can add

They would link the two accounts quite fast and then you would lose both. Don't do it.

So I guess I have no options left?

Open a new ebay account and add the old clean paypal account.

That has been done, but can they link the ip address on my computer with the previous eBay and paypal accounts?

Maybe, but if you follow all of the instructions here you should know how to get around Ip address and cookies. I think these are probably the two more important things to understand to avoid getting linked.
I came here as a suspended due to linked to another suspended account and followed everything carefully. There have been a few glitches, but none due to linking.
