Why would paypal be calling me

Had a missed call from paypal on my new phone number. Account is new and has the 500.00 withdraw limit on it. I have sent some money a few days ago and have gotten some money today but a 21 day hold is on it till I ship. The question is WHY IS PAYPAL CALLING ME?

Well they called me asking me why I had so many addresses registered on my account, turns out that they were delivery addresses of customers
