Cant Add VCC to Paypal
 

As the title says i cant add VCC to PP. Im using Entropay for few years now and i didnt had this prob until now.

When ever i tried to enter my VCC i get this message.

" We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date. "

I tried with few accounts and every time i get the same message. I made new ebay account with that VCC but i cant make PP. Thats for the past 4 days now..

Are Entropay days over or its just some issue with PP?

Which Paypal site are you using? I just verified an account with Entr o pay this morning.

I'm registered from Slovakia. Dont know if country is a problem. I have few more accounts and all are working. I can send and accept money from PP.

Does any1 else has this problem?

I still have this problem. Still can't add credit card. About a week now...

Sometimes this happens when you have too many other accounts stored in that PayPal account, weather they are still good or not - and weather you are using them or not. Try to delete all old account numbers first and than add a new one.

TBH I don't think that is the problem since i made 3 more accounts ( new ones ) and on all i get that message. And ofc I'm trying with different VCCs.

Hmmm, so you are saying this happens on your first time trying to input cc number they request? May be something with Entropay than.. Did you try any other vcc?

I only use Entropay for VCCs so i can only use him. Abd yes, i tried with different vccs but i get the same message. Ill try again later today but i dont have my hopes up, but i hope its not Entropay related.

I'm still frustrated, made few more accounts and I still cant use VCC on PP. Ebay took accepted it but PP won't...

Always i get that same message...

Any1 else having this problem or had? Do i need to contact PP?

i added VCC to latvia today no problem on 2 accounts (entropay VCC)

Well it is sorta fixed. I added VCC to 3 of my stealth accounts ( Slovakia ) but when i try to add VCC to Slovenia i get same message as before, so for some reason i can add VCC when im registered in Slovakia but cant from Slovenia... Whats the deal with that? Something is badly messed up with PP.

and now my account just got limited. Well something is wierd with PP. Anyone has a clue when will they fix the problem? They ask for credit card ( that i cant add since of their bug and prof of address )...

Those are new accounts, i never added VCC or any type of CC to them. Ill try to make new account to a different country, perhaps Slovakia again. Same thing happened, couldnt add Entropay VCC and 8-10 days after i could...

Now I'm 100% sure that something is wrong with PP. I tried to make verify PP Slovakia and used VCC and i got that same message, after few tries that account got limited. Then I tried to make PP Romania and used that same VCC and made it. Waited for 30min and account didn't got limited.

So i guess something is wrong with PP when you try ti verify using those two countries,,,,,

It is not with a paypal, it is an Entropay error, I get the same error, this error is for some European countries.

The limitation might be IP related :D

You are not easy....

When you select country on PP only PP knows that and not Entropay. Entropat doesnt give a sh** about country. They make cards that all have same fist few numbers. Those numbers represent country!!!! If you can add to Romania and not to Slovakia ( example ) it is PP to blame and only them...

Entropay does not give a select country, but paypal does, Entropay did something that you add a card for some countries, it does not go through and it is not a paypal problem.

Man, Entropay cant do such a thing. Since they DONT MAKE VCC for different countries, they make unique that u can use on ALL that PP accept!!!!

Are you sure you have min of $3.00 loaded on entr o pay vcc?

I have problem like you with Israel, Turkey country, but when I try VCC with other contry don't support withdraw to visa card it ok.
I think now VCC can't add to country support withdraw to card.
