Are Prepaid/Debit cards and Bank Account Numbers linked?
 

My question may have been answered already in the forum, but I have yet to find it, so here it goes.

If I have a prepaid or debit card AND a bank account number associated with the card. Can I use the card number on one stealth acct and the bank account number on another stealth account?

Does Paypal have the ability to determine that a prepaid/debit card is linked to a specific bank account? Has anyone ever tried this?

I'm pretty sure they can't tell that the bank is attached to the prepaid card. So you can both bank and vcc verify a paypal account with one prepaid.

But I wouldn't recommend using prepaid debit cards, since most of them work through metabank which is blacklisted.
