Got Suspended from Ebay does my paypal account get blacklisted?

My ebay account just got suspended, and Im about to create a new one! My questions are will my bank infos on my paypal account be blacklisted or its just the PP email adress? Can I use the same PP account to do my sellings only by changing the email adress?

no you need a new paypal, changing email won't help.
