Do Buyers get same treatment?
 

Ok so i added a Bank account to my paypal.
I use the bank account via paypal to pay 900$ for an Iphone 4.
Never received the Iphone 4 after 2 months, I open a dispute & receive my money back.
NOW. if i try to withdraw it or send it back to my bank account, will paypal limit me even though I personally put the original money in there?

I doubt it. There is no "chargeback" risk for PayPal in this case.

With PayPal, ANYTHING is possible, but if it happens, I would call them end explain that I got the account to buy the item, but it was never recieved and you want to take the money out so that you can buy it elsewhere.

But I have never heard of a buyer having the 180 day hold unless there was some evidence of fraudulent activity on their part.

PayPal usually treats buyers better because they are the ones putting money into PayPal and sellers are the ones taking it out. I would go ahead and withdraw the $. Even if you get a limitation you can just call them and tell them your story.

I think there actually is a clause in paypals TOS that says if you put the money in there that thy wont hold it. It actually might be a legal issue where they cant hold it. I had a similar problem a while back and was scared of a similiar issue and the woman said if th money came from my bank account that ven if th account gets limited that thy will return the funds.
