is it safe to list your real names here? I dont mean that in a bad way against you people but i mean in general. I ask because i would like to see what variations you people can make up with my name

Do not post your real name anywhere....has nothing to do with the people here on this forum.....if you dont think there are ebay/paypal people nosing around the internet then I have news for you! Not hard about variation of names......usually change a vowel to another vowel....

Change ip
Clean cookies etc.
Get a cc and use a typo error in my name and hope it passes
Use my grannys address for pay-pal. My pay-pal and cc name will be the made up one?
Get a bank account in my real name obviously
Use a mobile phone as my number

As i have my grannys address i dont need to set up an llc. Is that right?

Depending on what your were previously selling on Ebay and when you think about is it worth all this hassle just to get kicked off Ebay , why dont you get a free e-commerce store and list your products there ? No worrying about listings being removed and you are your own boss. Trust me it works and you get much more profit then selling on Ebay
