this is how i would withdraw my money from paypal

1. you got the money in paypal

2. get a anonymous debit or credit card or even just a debit/ credit card that will let you load with paypal

3. load your paypal money to your credit card.

4. cash out at any ATM worldwide.

im not 100% sure that this will work or if its even safe i just thought of it when i looking for an anonymous debit cards on google. let me know what you guys think

What kind of cards exactly?

Would this work with a check card? If so, probably not a whole lot different than just doing it to a bank account

It should work but finding a good anon- debit card will be hard work. I looked for some but the good ones have already been blocked by Paypal, they were called everest cards, but too many scammers used it for wrongful purposes and Paypal blacklisted them...:(

Those cards are still being sold but the thing is that you need to find a reputable seller, most will scam you or wait till you load money and steal it from you. Just be careful.
