Cancel shipping done though PayPal shipping?
 

I created a shipping label with the paypal shipping tool about 3 weeks ago. Buyer wanted upgraded shipping so I sent FedEx. Anyway, I never canceled the label in my haste. Now I'm stuck with a $50 shipping label I wont be using

How do I cancel and get a refund? When I ship online off PayPal its a simple email to get credit. But naturally I don't see anyway to do this on PayPal

Anyone know how to cancel the shipping label and get a refund?

Paypal only lets you cancel the label if printed within 48 hours, so you won't be able to do it just off the site anymore since its been quite a while. Perhaps since its such an expensive label you can try emailing them to support and they might help.

Ya, thats what I was thinking too. People always take advantage of everything so something like this would need to be done manually I guess. I will just drop them a note.
