That is SOOOO not true! If the seller returns the item they claimed was not as described PayPal WILL give them their money back as soon as they get a confirmation of delivery. Regardless of your return policy. If you take PayPal, you HAVE a return policy whether or not your know it....Been there, done that several times.

Same on custom made items. PayPal says they dont cover those, so they wont refund buyers, but they do.
