Can't Access Resolution Center
 

Hello all, I'm having a problem with my Paypal account. I CAN'T ACCESS MY RESOLUTION CENTER!

Every time I log in to my account, I get the "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" message.


I seem to be able to do everything normally except for view any disputes/access the resolution center(get same error). This is also extremely bad timing because my eBay account just went down which of course = lots of concerned buyers.

This has been going on for about 5 days now. I've tried using different browsers, clearing all cookies, switching user accounts, I've done all but sign in from a different computer.

Anybody have this same problem? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Are you using firefox?

Yes, is that related at all? The other browser I tried is Explorer.

its a paypal bug and they will tell you it is not a bug.. so your account is dead

Try clearing all your cookies, its a bug it happens sometimes. Just keep trying it will work eventually.

Well I can access it now for some reason. Didn't even do anything but it works :S
