Do PayPal log my IP address like Ebay do?
 

Pretty easy question.Does paypal log my IP like ebay does when i log in?I mean do they add my IP to a list and if i get suspended or limited and i try and create a new account will they know its me because of the IP similar to how ebay operates?

Of course all sites log your ip even simple forums, thats the easiest way for them to link.

But you know the way Ebay blacklist and IP and if it comes up on a new account they will link you most likely..Well are paypal as serious with the IP stuff as Ebay are?I mean will they limit you straight off if they see the IP you are using is on another limited account?

idk if right away but very fast,they tend to look at your account pretty hard the first cpl months

If its for selling then yes both will, but if its only for buying neither will care.
