To trasfer money from a PP account /which linked to a clean ebay account/ to a other PP account which linked a restricted or limited or suspended stealth ebay account.. will link back?

What about transferring paypal balances from one clean stealth account to another? Would this work without much trouble? I'm asking because I've noticed there are several work-arounds to opening bank accounts (using VCC 'checking accounts' that aren't really checking accounts for instance). Would it be risky to transfer money this way and then sending the money through to your bank?

I dont think so,but if one stealth gos down the other one can go down or got attention by ebay in the future bc you linked them in one pont together.

But why would you send money to VCC and after through to your bank? ))

US paypal cant withdraw to credit card is the problem.

I think he means vba, to verify paypal but cannot withdraw to them. See the merchant account section of this forum, you might see some alternatives there, where you can invoice yourself.
