Can a restricted address be added to be a second address in Paypal?

i have a stupid question. I am using a steal set. I sometime buy stuff and some sellers don't ship out stuff to the different address from paypal.

I'm wondering if I can add my restricted address to be as the second shipping address in Paypal? Are they gonna check it? Anyone?

If this paypal account is valuable to you, don't take the chance. Just make a new stealth paypal and add the restricted address as a gift address.

Thanks. but...how much risk can it be restricted if I use the restricted address?..I just want to measure if it's worth to do that. :(
