Opening New Paypal Account (read stealth book)

Hello,

after paypal closed my account i want to open up a new one - a stealth account.

i read everything to avoid getting linked to the previous one.

but what if they ask me to send them documents for verification, will they check what other accounts i have under my name?

If you do what the stealth book suggests that question is answered throughout the book.
