Is anyone ever suspended bc called PayPal to check balance or do anything etc. which servises available by phone using different number which registered or used for suspended,limited etc ebay account before?

Or use a number and hide it call different Pay Pal accounts so PayPal should not see the number.
Still can be linked together the accounts in the future?
