sending payment as gift
 

I need to send a payment from one paypal account to another as a gift.
I want to use my checking account to fund the transaction. I have done this before, but this time it is not letting me. it says I can only use a credit card.
When I clicked on LEARN MORE, it said something about how paypal thinks this transaction is too risky blah blah.
does anyone know a way around this? what causes this? is it sending gifts too often or what?

Probably just want a credit card as a backup funding source incase something happens, you can always just add a virtual credit card.
