If I ship with the signature confirmation will they releases the funds when item delivered?

sometimes they do, sometimes not.

Signature confirmation is a waste.... as long as you have the number proving delivery, this is good enough.

In theory you are suppsed to get the funds released automatically from payPal 3 days after your tracking number shows delivered. PayPals computer is suposed run a nightly check and automatically release these payments. However it rarely does it efficiently. However it is an easy fix, if not a pain in the backside. Just call PayPal and ask them to review your payment holds. Anything that has been delivered after 3 days they will release imediately. i must have done this dozens of times

I think they have been pulling back on delivery releases. The scammers jumped all over that one fast by mailing a letter with tracking to fool the system

Feedback seems to be the only reliable way to get it released

My holds seem to release around 7 days after I ship, so I guess a few days after they've been delivered.

Without feedback? Well it must still work on some accounts then. I haven't had a release from delivery in 2 months. Not one. Feedback or the full 21 days

Maybe older stronger accounts get it. Accounts I have now are 6 month-ers

No problem. As I said works everytime, even on brand new accounts

I had one guy tell me not to call and that it was automatic. He was pretty cranky so I didn't say anything. But if I have a $500 item that was delivered 5 days ago, I'm calling.... Most agents are pretty nice.

But I have never had a release automatic from delivery unfortunately. But its very possible the communication with the system works well with USPS but not so much with Canada Post

Without feedback, actually it's more like 7-14 days after I ship. All my accounts are stealth and less than 2 months old.
