Different bank account number but same name.
 

Hi guys.

Assuming I have one bank account A linked to paypal A under the name "william lee". PayPal A was suspended and closed.

I opened a new bank account with another bank with the same name "william lee" and created a stealth paypal B. I then link my new bank account.

Will I get linked? It's a totally different account number and different bank, but they same name, will it get traced?

The bank account will not link you - you can put bank accounts in different names for your accounts. Your address and other info are key.

But when I make a withdrawal from paypal to my bank account, wouldn't they check my bank account holder's name?

What if that name is already blacklisted by paypal?

Paypal will not check you bank account holder name unless your deposit gets refused. The direct deposit is one way - info is sent from Paypal - bank does not usually send name bank, just confirmation code.
