opening a new bank account
 

my Paypal account got badly limited so prevents me from removing the bank account and card details etc. could i open a new bank about with new debit card under a new bank , use the same name but change the address? would they spot this , because I've heard that if your debit card name doesn't match your Paypal name they reject transfer of funds to your bank account , i would greatly appreciate anyone who can give me a good way to get up and running again with a new account. thanks

First of all, I would suggest you get Stealth guide or really read around the forums to understand how to set up new accounts proper.

As to your question, yes you can open up new bank account, new debit card, etc. Change of address is important - name can be same but I would switch last and first.

Most banks accept deposits in any name - you need to search the forum to confirm that yours will be one the 'most' - some don't.
