Paypal Echecks?
 

Okay, so i probably ask a lot of questions.
But it probably benefits others too :D

Real quick, getting nervous off this transaction.
I'm the buyer , Ebay , paying VIA Echeck.

I keep reading something about unprotected chargebacks via Echecks?
HUH?
I'm paying someone via Echeck, he only has 10 feedback. considering only 3 total this year.
He sold an Ipad to a person w/ 1 Feedback for 800$, might of been his secondary account?
I do not know.

Well. What grounds do i have since im paying with an Echecks, its still unicleared but i noticed money has been deducated already.

If the item doesn't arrive can i paypal file claim him?

or possible chargeback w/ my bank?

echeck is like real check in that it goes through a process and takes awhile. Cash will leave your bank before it shows cleared on other end

Now I dont know about the "no chargeback" issue. I cant see paypal having that for anything. And eBay also has buyer protection all up and down
