claim against paypal
 

hello to everyone!
I need an advise. Paypal and e-bay were suspended but day before I sold an item for £140 and posted it same day. On receipt states byers address provided by e-bay (in Italy) in order details. It was posted by royal mail with International sign for (within UK)
tracking number says an item has been passed to Italy.
Vuyer open case in day e-bay suspending. I scanned and sent receipt to paypal but my money were reversed. Do I have any chance to win complain?

Geez, you got a bad case at the time of suspension - you can't really win the complaint but you need to get in touch with your buyer right away.

Hopefully he is honest and you can work things out. Keep open communication. This happened to me on one account - luckily buyer paid me after in different fashion. Communication is key.
