Where to get a prepaid credit (debit) card???
 

I am trying to create a Paypal account using false information. The way I used to do it is with a DeluxeCard with custom information on it. However, it seems that now they only allow businesses with a tax ID to get them, and they don't allow personal gift cards. Is there any other way to get a prepaid debit card with custom information on it?

Simon Giftaccount, ePayArea, giftcards.com or facecard.

Which of these allow you to put custom name/address information onto the card (different from your real information)? This is the method that I used to confirm a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address with Paypal/eBay over a year ago... does this method still work?

I just went through the whole giftcard.com order process (I didn't actually place the order), and I didn't see a place to enter custom information... I could only put down my own real information.

Anybody have experience with Simon gift cards? Do they work well?

I didn't get the Simon gift card in the mail yet, I will let you know when I get the card and try it. I would imagine YES but I am not positive.

does anyone else know for certain?
