i forgot DOB on a stealth paypal any info ?
 

i have been having a few problems with my paypal (withdrawing) so i was about to ring them but found i havnt written down a DOB :tears::tears:

am i done for on that account or is there anyway to find it on eb/pp ?

i was also about to lift the limits but again i need the right DOB

this was the 1st stealth i made hence the mistake of not writing down the DOB

Have you accessed your ebay account to see if by some miracle you added it there?

Do any 'dates' mean anything to you that you might be able to guess (B4 you speak to paypal?) I do variations of birthdays...maybe you do the same?

it was the 1st account i opened i have wrote everything down apart from DOB..i do normaly use a similar DOB to mine but i just cant remember on this 1 and this is my main stealth account any other ideas ?

cant find it anywhere on eb or pp

Is it not under personal details in pp?

i don't know but i once rung pp and give them the wrong DOB when they ask you the questions to verify your account, the person on the other end of the phone told me that i had told him the wrong DOB, straight away i thought i was done for but the account lasted 2 years after that convo.

He didn't even ask me for another (correct one) one, also when i sent my I'd in it still went through although my DL had a different DOB than the pp account, so i wouldn't say your account is done for although it could be


Do you know who old you supposed to be on the account ?

if you do i would try and go with the excuse of a typo, i would say you was kind of rushing when you set up the account becuase you was late for a meeting or something.

i looked on paypal and i saw this = Account holder date of birth:13/12/1901

that can not be right i would not of put that

yeah since its uk account it might not work the same. it works for usa though cause thats how i get the dob's on my old accounts if i dont have them.

well dont no what to do about that i wud of thought it would be sumwhere on pp or eb at least but ive looked everywhere

as for the money i withdrew and still havnt got i just got this email back

3 working days will begin, but if your withdrawal fails our review the

does this mean there watching this account now or somthing

How do you find out

If you did not right it down then you are SOL in most cases.

Unless you can get lucky like Toz did.

About checking your account details for your email address........your DOB would be stored or your EB account and compare it to the one on PP.

If your EB is a 1901 DOB then you know its a typing error

I have never been able to find the DOB once I sent the info.

Unless someone knows otherwise it wont be shown that I know of.

Thats why I one every PC I have , there is a keylogger installed.

Basically internal one that records my every stroke etc .

Not just for paypals but also for everything else. maybe email passwords or some random forum thing.

Or maybe I visited a cool site that I cant remember etc.

So basically everything is recorded and as long as I can remember a snippet of what I was writing around that time I can find it easily.

Now I never lose any info like that.

Paypal/Profile/update business information and you find your DOB there.

I write it down on a folder for each account then they have an excel sheet of info on each account.

If there is a cell that is blank then I know I need to put something in it.

These are key details that everyone needs to have.

i never get asked for a DOB when calling paypal

i just use the passcode when i call

only problem i had once is when i forgot DOB and had to send docs...silly me

PS if your DOB in PP is 1901 then thats what you need to tell them

clearly your not 111 so they should let you change it to your "correct one"

may ask for docs though

call them with the passcode, if they ask for a DOB then disconnect the call

simple

My guess is you might have an email the next morning requesting some docs if you did that.....

I don't care about an extra post or credit for a post. The dude asked a question and I gave them the answer which is already here on the forums. I didn't know that this would be seen as taking someone else's gold coins. I'm sorry, did you want to answer him first or something.
