I received this the last time I checked my account....

I've never heard of this before, what kind of advantages do they offer?

Do they give you a link as to what it is? Maybe a tiny break in fee or something.

Or "priority service" may just be a better way to communicate with them....

priority customer support, faster dispute resolution, exclusive events, member savings, special rewards and many more.

so basically nothing changes, lol.

sounds like a BS marketing ploy to me

I've been "enrolled" in that for about a year on my main account. I haven't noticed any of the things they mention, I think they just are trying to make us feel good. :lol:

Agreed have had that for a while too, just another corny marketing scheme.

Old account, had it almost since the dawn of time (PayPal time that is). I figured it had to be a trick or something, you know, like a pet that licks just before they bite.

It sounds kind of like how Sprint PCS had the "White Glove" program. Basically sent out thank you letters to long term customers to keep churn down. I bet with the emergence of new processors they feel the need to market loyalty.
