paypal question

hello,
so my paypal got limited. I was wondering if I can just buy a new paypal account for one of the members offering account for sale, and just add that new paypal account to my ebay account?
Would that work?

no it wont work it will get limited if you link it to your ebay account. you have to make a brand new ebay and paypal account
