Limited access: Confirm credit card -> Can't add my Visa
 

PayPal asks me to change password, update security questions and confirm credit card to get rid of limited access.

When I click "Resolve" Button next to Confirm your credit card, it takes me to site where I can add my card. When I fill in my info and click "Add" button it tells me that I can't add card because I have limited access.

Can't confirm my card -> Can't add my card -> Can't confirm my card

I haven't added my visa to my paypal before, I transmitted money to paypal's bank account here in finland and money popped few days later on my paypal account.
Now when I were about to buy something, paypal told me that I have limited access.

What to do? Any ideas?

This is normal...if you reset your password.

Get a VCC from entropay.com

should still work in your country.

Hi I encountered the same problem just recently, were you able to solve it now? I still had money in my account but there is nothing I could do with it since I cannot add a card (due its restrictions) this is really a pain in the ass and do let me know please if you were able to resolve your problem and how? Thanks much!
