Question about paypal and paying shipping.
 

Hey guys I have a quick question. I don't have enough money to pay for shipping. So I was wondering if paypal will allow me to use money that will be on hold when my items sell to buy their shipping label???

I have this same situation.

Apparently you have to pay for the shipping out of your own money, but as soon as you do, that amount is released from the payment that is on hold.

I'm not 100% sure so if anybody else has any input that is appreciated.

Yes, you can pay for shipping via paypal when your money is still on hold. That is about their only saving grace for new sellers when they are holding your money hostage. I used Moneybookers for awhile but they don't release your funds (and i mean each transaction for 40 Days). I almost went bankrupt paying shipping out of my own pocket. Stopped using them because i could not do it anymore, got behind in shipping, and the ebay account was suspended. Hopefully, ebaystealth will help get me back on , but I am having trouble coming up with addresses, so we will see.

Addresses? Just pick something within your IP range. Go to whatismyipaddress.com and check it.

I know like how can addresses be the hardest part? :P

As for the shipping - You do pay out of your available balance first, so you must have enough to cover it. Then whatever you payed is supposedly released from the held funds.

Yes, they release held money for shipping. But after you create label so you need to pay for it first. Either credit card or enough in cleared balance already. Then a few moments later the amount shipping cost was is released from hold
