Refunding puts acc to negative
 

You have $20 in PP as payment from buyer, you refund $20
and now your acc is 30 cents NEGATIVE???

What the hell is wrong with that damn company, sigh. Now I have to add $ to negate that.

I know, the same thing has happen to me. Everytime I refund the customer the whole amount which is already in my paypal balance, it always put my paypal account in a few cents negative. It didn't use to be like that, so I'm thinking does it cost to refund a buyer now.

I think it's the fee reversal that doesn't clear immediately.
What a bunch of baloney

They do not care as long as the "buyer" gets a refund.

I never allow my pp to go high but I also never run it down to this low of an amount for reasons just like this.
