Question about paypal
 

I had my paypal account limited. Now i still want to receive payments from like local/ nonebay sites. Cqan I open a new paypal and just use that for accepting those types of payments. I dont think the payments will be over $50...

I can't stress how important it is for you to understand the basics first before going and wasting your time and money like what you said you wanted to just go and do.

And no, we can't hold your hands here. The forum is made to give support to the guides. Even if we want to... it's simply almost impossible, unless you do your part of the studying for a bit.
