I have a stealth paypal.com account.Is it possible to get the paypal debit card.I live in Austria.Will paypal ship the debit card to an other paypal account holder with an other adress.I am sure paypal will not.
Are there any options to get one?

I am not sure how things work in Austria but here in the US you can not get the debit card with a SSN# so for people using stealth accounts a debit card is out of the question. Also they would not send a card to a different address than what is attached to the Paypal account that the card was issued on.
