Paypal card verification by loading funds

Hi. I have a quick question. Paypal want me to prove i own the card and have requested a refundable £1.00 and a 4 digit code which will be used to verify the account. I use entropay. Has anyone ever needed to do this before? Im just wondering if the paypal code will come through etc?

yes it will goes to your entropay vcc card account, every new paypal account need to do this

mosguy is right, this is just standard practice. Make sure you change the address on your Entropay account if you haven’t already; they use AVS now.

AVS in Entropay now?!?!

When did this happen...I hope this is just for confirmation when you request verification of the VCC correct?

I have been using these for all my accounts and NOTHING bad has happened yet, no denials or the such.
