Use REAL Info For Bank Account..
 

You can use your REAL info when getting a NEW bank account. It doesn't matter if your name, address, zip, etc..has been suspended on eBay or Paypal. They never see your info on the account. They only see the Bank Name, Routing Number, and Account Number, then the 2 small amounts they deposit.

Ofcoarse you cannot use an account you have already used, so when getting a new checking or savings account use your real info and your safe.

I posted this cause I see alot of people confused about this and trying to set up Bank Accounts with "⊗⊗⊗⊗" info...You don't need to.

yeah i did this when i was new, went got a DBA, went to bank opened account under that name then applied for a visa card under that name... long tedious process that took weeks, now its like 10 minutes of work to open a new ebay account.

hi..i did the same as your advice above but i still get message from paypal when i add bank acc., I change Ip and use fame inf. on paypal when i sign up, new email new phone number, everything is just brand new!!, but i have no idea why i still get

You are currently not allowed to add a bank account because your account access has been limited.

I'm so confused and hopeless, I do not have DBA name so how can i sign up for Merchant acc.?? Please help:o

hi..thelizardking, i just opened new paypal today and add new Checking acc from ACCnow that i use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ inf. when sighn up but my real address,The thing i'm thinking now is SSN, because paypal got My SSN, my passport number and i got almost $3000 in paypal which i can get it on May 8, 08, Even i add New checking acc that i just opened yesterday and try to add to another New paypal acc. i still get the same message, I don't think it is from my IP, because i sign up Ebay around 8-9 acc. with different address in CA, NJ, etc..No problem so far, even i have many acc. suspended on ebay but i'm still fine as long as i use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and everything brand new for Email, Phone..etc..it is fine, i use Ghost Surf with proxy almost 3 months so far it is fine, my ebay acc. is not linked, if is it suspened, it is because absuing Ebay.

One thing is Ebay is sending new types of suspensions now. Even if it says abusing ebay it still could be linked they just don't tell you anymore. Are you in another country making US accounts w/ Proxy? If so this could be one of the problems.

hi..no i'm in USA, but i still use the same proxy and i have 7 ebay acc. now, the first one i create it is still running fine i list 11 item start with $0.99, i have to choose paypal as payment option but i don't have paypal yet, usually i send the winnier the invoice from Google checkout, I accessed my Suspened acc. last week and 2 days ago with same proxy, it is still ok, so far...i even use my other acc, bid on my ebay acc. that i'm running auctions, it is still ok, i used to do this a lot before but never get suspened shill bidding, as long as i click tool, and clear private data, catch, cookie, and history, and etc..set control private data..as invisible, and integrate proxy firefox with ghost surf, i used to buy e-book 8 months ago and i tried with free trail, it doesn't work, i got suspended within 1 day, but when i try again i bought it, i didn't use free trial, and i follow the step as recommend in e-book, and it work great so far, you can have as many ebay acc. as you wish, i always bid on my item, and no problem., i think this proxy is ok for me, but i don't understand about what paypal is dealing with me?? any idea please???

no i never use cccleaner, i just click tool, and clear private data, ...cookie, cache, browsing history, authenticated session, that's it....but make sure you click too, select option, and advance, setting HTTP proxy 127.0.0.1, port 7212...that's it..it works great so far...

Ccleaner does a better job. Clear them your way, then d/l Ccleaner (free) install and run that and I bet it picks up a bunch of stuff you've left behind.

but i remember the one was suspened because suspicious bidder!!, i just open acc. and bid a lot on my another acc. that i'm running auctions, then that acc. got suspended because suspicious bidder but my acc. that i was running that time is still ok....???

Well if your shill bidding your definately going to have some problems.

just go to google and type Ccleaner yes its free, after you d/l and install it open the program and click on "Applications" right next to "Windows" and Firefox is listed at the top.

I am aware that I can verify it using 2 small deposits.

Can I WITHDRAW paypal funds into my bank account? The screen says, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR NAME MATCHES BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT or it will

I'm told it depends on the bank, but everytime I've tried withdrawing from Paypal to bank account it works just fine.

all of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names are totally different than what i have on my bank and my payments ALWAYS go through to the bank. they just put that to scare people.

Yeah ivegotinfo is correct, its just a scare tactic. Usually you can even deposit checks and money orders that aren't in your name through the ATM. I haven't had any problems with withdrawing into accounts with different names.

Do most ATM's now let you make deposits? I haven't done that before.

Yeah you have to use the ATM at one of your banks branches. On mine it clears it faster than if I went inside and did a deposit. I always use ATM deposit. Next time you go there when you put your card and pin in it should say withdraw or deposit.

Opening a real bank account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name is a surefire way to get yourself into the DEEP END of the law. It's crazy to even contemplate that.

There are folks pressuring and suggesting that PayPal should be made into a bank following banking laws. If that is the case, there'll be tons of trouble as they will request SSN and it'll probably be deemed illegal to open a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address.

Paypal would never want to go legal anyway.. they make all their profits cheating people as it is. Otherwise they'd have no reason to stay in business.

My understanding is that a bank account must have a valid account number.
The name is not pertinent although it may sometimes be necessary if there is
a mistake made with the numbers and a trace is being made of the monies.
I worked in a bank clearing house and we only looked at numbers not names. OK sometimes the names used were hilarious BUT we were after correct numbers. If the monies going through the account were within fiscal rules, there were no flags.

You're right GreenBean. It's just that a lot of newbies come in here with the mistaken impression that Paypal can see the info on their bank account, so they come in here asking how they can sign up for one with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info. It's Paypal's fault for lying to everyone about this in the first place.

yeah screwing banks is bad bad, but screwing paypal is ok since theyre not a bank, theyre a company. so all you are doing is...going against some TOS, not against any laws. (unless you're photoshopping stuff...)

When I sell items and receive money to my new paypal account that has bogus information but a real bank acct, do I withdraw directly to my acct, or should I transfer funds to my real paypal and then withdraw?

You just withdraw directly to your bank account. Make sure you wait atleast a week and keep your first withdraw under $50. Once you confirm those 2 amounts your good.

You can transfer to your real account but I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe only for emergencies.

Wait what for a week? 1 week before selling, or keep the money in the acct 1 week and then withdraw?

I am not aware how one can even open a bank acct unless its your own name.. The New Patriot Act..
When I open LLC Bank Accts, for checking, they require Articles of Incorporation, minutes, and a Corp Resolution authorizing the opening of the acct, as well as a Certificate of good standing from the Secretary of State, from my State..
+++ They also run a credit check on you.. :))

Both, after you open your account wait a week before selling and list 2 items NON VERO, then if you sell any of those and recieve payment in Paypal let the money sit for about 5-7 days before withdrawing.
