Paypal limited, is there a way to withdraw? (no check, no real bank account)

my bank account cannot be added to the account for some reason. is there a way to open another bank account or something similar online?

If you can't clear your limitation, you have to wait 180 days. After that period, you can add an account.

I know that I have to wait 180 days, but is there a bank system online that I can use to withdraw?

You cannot withdraw during a limitation. During a permanent limitation period you are available to withdraw after 180 days... then you add a different bank account if you need to. Or change the address and request a check.

What if the account is not limited and in a real good working order [stealth] any other option other than high street banks [UK] i have used them all
