Account Limited: Buyer Account
 

Hello,

So I made a new stealth paypal account today to buy some stuff on ebay and my account was limited just now because they noticed some "unusual activity on the credit card linked to your PayPal account."

What I did was I added my citibank prepaid card as the primary credit card and I even did the $1.95 verification process thingy. Then I tried to use my real debit card to purchase some stuff and now its limited.

Paypal is telling me to do 1) Address Verification, 2) Credit Card Verification (I have to use another one since my prepaid and the debit card is limited now) and 3) Photo ID verification.

I will do the Address Verification for sure but I would like to know if I have to do all of those 3 things to get my account back.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Forget that account and just create a new one.

Next time only add ONE prepaid card or whatever card you want to use and that's it. Load up enough funds to purchase your item(s) and make sure you register the card to the address you want to use (you can do this online for most prepaid cards). It's hard to get buyer accounts suspended/limited like this but you did it. :)

Btw, can I still use the same address for a new paypal account or do I have to use a different address?? Im worried that accounts might get linked if I use the same address... Thanks in advance!

Your last account was a stealth account so using same details again will get your account linked, so make every thing again from scratch
