questions about paypal verfifacation
 

well i recently purchased a ebay/paypal account on here and do not have the limit removed on my paypal account. i have a bank acount and credit card on file with them but the card cannot be verified according to the stealth account seller i purchased from. is there another way to put another card on there so i can lift the limit or am i going to be stuck with the limit on the account forever?

if there is something else i can do please let me know. i would like to get this taken care of ASAP.

You didn't give very much info. You bought an account with cc and bank added then the seller told you the card couldn't be verified?? Doesn't sound right...

A vcc will lift the limit, pm me if you would like to purchase one.

yes that is exactly what he said. so if i just purchase a vcc from you and add that to my account we will be all set then right?

if you are in Canada (i know for sure), (Australia and UK i think), you still need to add bank account to be fully verified. vcc only will not get your the "verified" status of your paypal.

He said he already has a bank account added..
