get a U.S bank account without #SSN
 

Is anybody know how to get a U.S bank account without #SSN ?
My old paypal account got suspended. I want to open a new pp account.So I want to get a bank account and I can withdraw my money.

As far as I know you can't especially now with the Patriot Act.

Whats the diff if you use your own id to open the acct?

It is not required as long as you can provide different ID. But you'll probably have to go around to different banks because they're not obligated to give you an account if you refuse to give it. I know Bank of America allows illegals to get a bank account without an SSN because they're not here legally and don't have one.

U do not and I repeat u do not want to get a U.S> bank account without giving your SSN#.. Thats a good way to get your money stolen. No protection at all.

Can I have a U.S ebay account and paypal account, But withdraw money to a forigen bank account ?

has anybody got an idea how i can get a us bank account (I am in uk) FOR MY US PAYPAL to verify, preferably to withdraw from as well.... seen offers but they cost $100 or more
