whats the most i can accept on a new account?
 

whats the limit til i get hit with a hold?

? I recommend starting off slowly. start off a couple of bucks. never withdraw full amount, build trust with paypal. I've been up to 500$ in the same month i created the account without limitation happening. Never withdraw more then 100$ at once for the first month or two. Little by Little is the key~

you receive a payment. wait at least a day before making a withdrawal. like they said above, only withdrawal $100 at a time, probably $100 a day (Ive gotten away with more, but to be safe just do $100). You can also make "payments" to other paypal accounts and withdraw with those accounts to keep your main account safe.

NEVER do to much action on one account in 1 day or you WILL be limited. Receive payment and withdrawal the same day = limit, withdrawal more then $100 and making payment = limit(possibly). Just do 1 thing each day and every time some kind of action shows up in your account weather it be a deposit, payment or withdrawal, always wait an additional day for your next move.

Fact. I have a brand new PP. Got a payment in, took it out within minutes! No limit!

Fact. I withdrew $700 yes $700 yesterday as one of my accounts seems destined for certain doom! Had $100 bucks left. Sucked it dry sending the rest to my suppler. No limit.

Fact. I have been hit with a limit after a whopping $130 withdrawal! The account had about 600 bucks in it and it was my first withdrawal in 2 months!

Fact. NO ONE! And I mean NO ONE outside of Paypal knows the equation: when + why x how = limit. I've went slow, fast, medium... I've done every dance. It can happen at any time and that's the final answer!

Thats no accident. Believe me, they are not worried about us. Its the full on scammers they want to stay ahead of. That means constant change in pasterns and rhythm. All this while they try keep real people happy....

There isn't, and never will be, any magic numbers to stay under that will do anything to keep you alive. $40 or $400, its all the same gamble
