Using the same name first name and surname?
 

I was wondering, is it safe to use the same name for new paypal accounts?
I currently have 1 paypal account that I've had for about 6 years, and it has been used with (as a payment method) 5 suspended ebay accounts (I'm fairly lucky they did not limit my account.)

If I use the same first name and surname in my new paypal account I'm creating as my old paypal account, will this be an issue? (My real name was also connected to 1 banned account). The reason being, is because I need to verify bank account details, and I don't want to setup a bank account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.

I'm fine with using a prepaid credit card for credit card verification, landlines for phone verification, but all I need then is bank account details. It says that all of the bank account info must be correct, otherwise the account in hand will be charged a fee.

What do you guys think?

Depends if you're going to use the same address too, you will definitely be limited. Probably even if the same city.

Certainly not the same address on the paypal/ebay accounts, but I'd have to use my own address on the real bank account.

However, they don't need the bank acount holder address, they just ask for the branch name/location, and sort code/account number.
