Sold a Clock to a guy in Portugal. Used Services, (as it was a buyer who emailed after sale over)--It was $450. He disputes, last month said he did not like it....
I was able to provide ups tracking.. In Paypals email, they say for a Service, they can only help with non delivery..?? This was just 3-4 weeks ago..
FYI---(just do not want to see this man Stiffed if anyone of us, wants to be maybe alittle off color in our dealings)...
