paypal question for new ebay account
 

well i have a new ebay account with a paypal account that is linked to it and that paypal account is limited. my ebay account is not suspended and is actually doing very well. is there a way i can get another paypal account and use the new paypal account with my ebay account and not link it to ebay and just use the new paypal account for getting payments sent to? or will they just limit that account too? this can all be done on a different IP address and everything.

No.No and no.

Why? Because it does not work in the long term. You might need to find another method of receiving payments if you want to keep the eaby account.

Why was the account limited and are you able to lift those limitations.

yes i am unable to lift the limits on the account. this sucks too i have $1500 in the account with about 250 items on ebay which half will be sold. so when all is said and done i will have around $2k on there. so in 6 months it will make for a nicer summer i guess right?

now when the account is limited no matter what happens in the 180 days i will be allowed to get my money right?

Provided you have the email from paypal they are not going to lift the limitations, it should be released.

i have an email that says the account is limited and they need further verification. they want to work with me on that they say. so in 180 days from the 6th it will be released then right?

i am going to make another ebay account using my friends info. but they do not have a credit card or a bank account. how do i go about doing that? do i get a vcc? and go make a bank account myself or is there somewhere where i can make a bank account online or what?

You should probably buy the stealth book, you need a lot more then just your friends info and new bank. So I recommend you do that first, most banks allow you to make an account online.

well i know that it requires more. and i planned on buying it with the money i just made in my paypal account but it got limited and now its stuck. ill be getting a new ip, phone number, email, the address and everything will be thier own stuff.
