Can you use the same Credit Card on multiple Paypal accounts?
 

I am planning on creating another Paypal account,
but before I do this, is it possible to use the credit card
I have in my original account and use it for the second account
that I will be creating? Such as for purchases and payments?
Or is one credit card allowed per account?

Pa yp al will not accept an already-used credit card - you will get an already-used-with-different-account message.

Yep, just tried that. Said it was being used by another account.
Man......and I have only one credit card....

And now you may have linked the accounts. Get a VCC from sellers on this forum and go fresh.

Yes, I could get a VCC for Pay pal, but then how would I be able to pay for purchases, I primarily use my one and only credit card for that kind of stuff. Since if I make a new PP account, I can't use the old credit card and register it in it. I don't have any other credit cards.....

Ah to pay via your pa yp al - hmm since you aren't based in North America, I don't know what cards work for you but I am sure there are gift credit cards where you live, no?

Any ideas? Can this be done?

get a prepaid visa cc/giftcard

u can buy them at grocery stores.

or apply for another cc. or if ur pp account is limited(the one linked with the cc) say u lost ur card and they will give u a new number

I see that you bought the stealth guide already. That's a very good first move.
Now what you need to do is study it. Not read it once or 2x. But until you understand.

If you don't understand and want to do this faster, use the book as a manual and follow the steps in it in the order and in detail. No leaving things out, no changing anything.
Stick to it.

Right now you are just shooting fodders in random directions and you are deviating from the plan. So do yourself a favour and follow the book. It'll make your life a lot easier and you will learn while doing it.

You just linked those accounts I'm afraid and now they are in pretty bad shape. You can expect them to be limited. Same card with differnt names on account will be a big flag
