How to use an old Paypal account (linked to suspended user) to a new Ebay buyer acct?
 

Is this possible? To use an old Paypal account (previously linked to a suspended user) to a new Ebay buyer account? I really need to use that Paypal account since I have only one credit card to pay for stuff, and that Paypal account has it registered to it. Any ideas if this can be done, without an Ebay "linking" happening and suspending my new Ebay buyer account?

My first question is have you tried to set up an eb account to buy? Did you get auto suspended? I haven't tried this but I have done the reverse.

Yep. I set up a new account, about a week ago. And a week in, I got suspended.....just a few hours ago. I remembered checking email of previous Ebay accounts emails on my yahoo email accounts, just today. Maybe that is it huh? Maybe not the linking of paypal but through browsing the old suspended Ebay messages on my other yahoo email accounts? I want to try again with my old paypal, and make a new email (this time gmail) and make it my primary and go from there. I think I can make it thru.

While I would suggest for the LONG run, you go completely fresh - if you absolutely need to use this pp for buying, make a new user account and go fresh again. Don't browse old e-mails - don't do anything with the old accounts.

Keep us posted on how it goes. You can get linked via images in your e-mails.

Just because I responded quickly doesn't mean i am the only friend on the forums ha. Other better folx will respond later on - just have to wait and see.

If its a must then yes you can use the paypal account as a buyer account and link an ebay to it. But only use it for buying. Then make stealth ebay and paypal for selling with no connections to previously suspended users.
