Getting stealth info verified

Hi I've opened an account with stealth information. To lift my limit paypal is doing a search and indicating that they cannot verify my information. How do I get pass this to lift my account limits? Please help!

guys i think i've found the answer.. i need to link my card to the account. i think that should sort itself out thanks
