PayPal account closed - Possible to start under mothers name or be linked?
 

Hello

First off, thanks for taking your time in looking at this. I have read the eBay stealth guide as well but not sure on the answer.

Here is the situation, my account got closed due to a link to an account they had closed down of someone else. My account is permanently limited and closing in 180 days.

Can I open in my mothers name with same address information but using different identity (as in using different IP, different computer with a different user name account, different emails, etc)? All the information used on the account would pertain to her, her bank account, her debit/credit cards, etc. Do you think they would close it down if they see similar business patterns even if under different name but same address?

DON'T use your moms info. NO NO NO

Go stealth 100%. Its the exact same thing and if you get hit by some bad buyers or worse some scammers you can walk away. If its under your moms name you are stuck fixing it. Do not, ever, drag anyone else into this. Its a financial situation that can go bad. So do it on your own or don't do it at all

Not only that - do not use same address. Read the guide - re-read - everything is well laid out there. All the best - you will be A-ok.
