200 Transactions / 20k per year

With PP sending a financial statement to the I/R/S (along with the account holder's name, address) for anything above 200 transactions and 20k, will you be limiting the amount of money/transactions you'll make with your stealth accounts? Even if PP holds the statement until you provide a SSN, if you report over 20k sales to the I/R/S, wouldn't they check for a corresponding financial statement from PP?

Just spread your sales over multiple accounts to keep under the 20k limit and you should be fine.

so the rule for paypal is to not have over 200 transctions of sales / 20k money made on that paypal account, any less ist ok/safe?

Does anyone know if theses counters will reset on January 1st? Or will we be forced to keep using new accounts?
